About this Event

Using his experience with the UCB style of game, Ari gives you insight in how we approach and acknowledge the Game of the Scene.

Our improv succeeds more often when we know exactly what game we're playing onstage. Together, we'll study game like a science and learn how to augment our natural comedic instincts with a sketch writer's precision. We'll team up for supportive and exploratory long-form scene work, learning when we've found a game and when to keep exploring our scene organically. This class also features bonus homework, the very best kind: watching comedy sketches! You'll receive answer sheets after each homework to further your insights and gauge your growing skills. Let's do this!
